About Kelsey
At the tender and vulnerable age of 14, our Kelsey was tragically and suddenly taken from us.
We have learned since her passing, of many people that she touched during her time with us.
From fellow students, parents, teachers and everyone in between, there are a few common memories. Those memories include, her beaming smile in the hallways of her schools and classrooms, her compassionate nature, a wonderful sense of humor, and always seeing the good things about people she knew.
Kelsey will be remembered at home for her thoughtfulness, kindness and her motherly instincts for her two younger sisters. We so miss her joy of life and her ability to make us laugh.
Kelsey was truly loved by so many more people than just her family and friends.
Knowing what a caring and compassionate teen Kelsey was. Her mother and I did not think twice about our decision to have Kelsey be a tissue donor. It would have been the way she wanted it ,had she ever thought she would have to make that decision.
So, Kelsey is helping others improve their quality of life and in some cases saving lives.
Kelsey lives on!
