First Vacation w/o Kels  / Patty (Mom)
Oh Kels, you are on my mind both night and day, I miss you so much that I sit down and pray. My heart has a hole in it forever now -living without you here-I just don't know how. We carry on and get up each day for the girls I know that is what you'd want for us to do. We are going on this Florida vacation and we'll wish you were there but I know your spirit-you will be there too. I am going to sit on that plane and think of this trip through your eyes. I wanted you to experience so much more in this lifetime, but God had other plans-plans that sometimes I think are screwed up!!! We will have a good time and I will see that your two sisters have the time of their lives. I live each day in fear,especially Katey because she enters Junior High this year. Keep a special eye on your two sisters throughout the year and come spend time with the family on all of our outings. This really gave me goosebumps. I typed my daughter's name, Kelsey Price (her middle name is Cheyenne), into the browser and came across this site. What a beautiful tribute to a beautiful girl. I am so sorry for your loss.  

Another thing I found interesting is that your Kelsey has the same birthday as my mom who just turned 57. 

My Kelsey will be 4 in September. 

I will keep your family in my prayers.

happy sweet sixteen  / Emma (bff)
yesterday was a very hard day for me as i'm sure it was for everyone. your sixteen now baby! happy birthday kels. we sang happy birthday and i'm laying flowers today. i had the most incredible dream last night. i knew you would visit me on your birthday. it was me you your mom your dad katey and karly and we were all sitting in the room by the kitchen where the back door is.you were laying on a couch with a pink shirt on and ripped shorts. i dont remember much but i remember asking Patty if i could touch you and she said yes. i asked her how long you were staying and she said you had to leave in 30 minutes. so i walked over to you and touched you to see if what was happening was real. it was. i really touched you. and then i just grabbed you and held you and you held me back and i whispered in your ear "happy sweet sixteen kels" and you whispered back "i love you." and we broke down. all of us just cried. it was amazing it was so real. these dreams are what keeps me holding on. i love you kelsey. i miss you

one more thing. my mom told me that my aunt terri has been gone out of town all weekend with Jenny, my cousin, who you know, we used to hang out with her. well they have been gone out of town for Jenny's softball tournament and Jenny has been struggling alot with her team.she hasnt been playing well.  the coaches and teammates have been being unsupportive so she is in the process of switching teams. well my aunt called my mom at one in the morning a couple nights ago to tell my mom that Jenny had gone up to bat and she was real jittery and upset and she had pretty much given up on trying but then all the sudden she got a real calm look to her and she hit a  triple. when she went back to the dugout she ran up to my aunt and said "omg omg it was kelsey, it was kelsey" she told my aunt that kelsey came over her and she just calmed down completely. i know you are here. i know you are around. i love you goose!!! Happy Sweet Sixteen Kelsers!!! I love you.

You are remembered by all who knew you and that memory will NEVER fade because you left such a strong mark on each one of us. You are the one of the two best big sisters ever and i'm sooooo glad that i got 10 great years with you. I know that you are in heaven probably making fun of some of us, and visiting us but how we all wish that we could see your face just one more time. i hope you are having a great birthday in heaven. My four and 1/2 year old daughter Halle and I were having dinner at Emma's house, and out of nowhere she said "I sure wish Kelsey was here". It amazing how much Kelsey is with all of us in spirit. We are thinking of her as her birthday approaches and miss her everyday. Close
